June 11, 2011. : Komárom International: Csutka received Res.CAC in Open Class (female), Dicső was placed at 1st in Champion Class, received CAC, CACIB and won Best of Breed judging under Mr. János Eppel /H/. In the "Best in Show" program Dicső was chosen for the "Nicest Hungarian Breed" of Dog Show judging under Mr. József Juhász and won Best of Group judging under Mr. Sándor Szabó /H/. In the final Dicső finished at Best in Show 3. judging under Mr. Levente Miklós /H/ !

November 13, 16-17, 2010. : We spent some nice shooting days with Dicső, Csutka and Piszke in Báránd.
October 14-17, 2010. : Pointing Dogs World Championship and Saint Hubertus World Championship, Senec, Slovakia: Dicső and Sanyi were no luck to find pheasent during their working. (Their field of action was searched over by 1-2 dog before..) Or Dicső found one before their running: just beside the road and he pointed it on his leas very nicely :D The judges Alberto Mannoni (I) and Peter Radev (BG) praised Sanyi for his "best hunting knowledge, best hunting experience, best sportsman behaviour with Dicső" and said that they really enjoyed that ! Finally they were placed at 21th out of 41.
Hope next time they'll have more luck what defenitally needs for shooting :))
October 1, 2010. Euro Dog Show, Celje: Dicső was placed at 1st with 'Excellent' and won the Champion Class with title CAC SLO, than received Res. CACIB, Res. European Winner title under judging Mr. Rui Oliveira (PT).
September 18.-19., 2010. 2x Saint Hubertus Hunting Trial, Cegléd: Sanyi and Dicső were placed at 2nd and Dicső got Res. CACT title on the first day and were placed at 3rd on the second day. Based on their performance they were selected to be members of the Hungarian Team, to participate at the St. Hubertus World Championship, in Slovakia.
August 1, 2010: Kaposvár, Jubilee Hungarian Vizsla National: Dicső got "Excellent" in Champion Class.

February 20, 2010.: Champion of Champions, Budapest: Dicső won Champion of Champion's 2009 and the Best of Breed under Ms. Marianne Gyárfás.
"The Super Show of Hungarian Breeds" was a nice accent of the Champion Show. This is a so-called social jury was judging: actors, singers, journalists selected the most beautiful ones (3-3 dog variety) from our 9 national breeds. The shorthaired hungarian vizslas were judging under Mr. András Nagy Bandó (poet, writer, comedian). He chosen Dicső 1st place. He said that the reason why he chosen him: "because Dicső reminded him his two old, unfortunatelly no longer living, real Hungarian vizslas". When it was clear that Dicső was a World Champon last year in Bratislava, then very kindly pointed out that "it's his two beautiful Hungarian vizslas were also World Winners...!" :)
November 28 - 29, 2009. : Jubilee International (110 years) and Derby International, Budapest:Another fantastic weekend was rich in successes !
On Saturday Csutka was awarded 1st place in Open Class with "Excellent" and won CAC.
Dicső was awarded 1st place in Intermediate Class with "Excellent" and won CAC, CACIB and was also Best of Breed under Mr. Tamás Jakkel.
In the Best in Show program he won "Best of Group" also judging under Mr. Tamás Jakkel. In the final he finished "Best in Show III." !!! judging under Ms. Lisbeth Mach (CH)
But this day was not over !
"The Robot Store ARTU" offered a robot vacuum cleaner for the most succesful Hungarian-owned dog of the dog show !
The dog show most succesful Hungarian-owned dog was Dicső ! So he won this fantastic gadget ! :) Incredibly grateful for him, hoping that the rest of the time more than we can deal with our dogs ! :)

On Sunday Csutka was awarded 2nd place in Open Class with "Excellent" and received R.CAC.
Dicső was awarded 1st place in Intermediate Class with "Excellent" and won CAC and R.CACIB. As this exhibiton was a Derby, so this day, the Derby winner is selected on that day.
Dicső won "Hungaria Derby Winner" and alsowon "Best of Derby Winner of the Breed" judging under Mr. Rui Oliveira (P)!
So, he could go to the Derby Best in Show where he was placed at 1st and received the"Derby Group Winner". And in the final he was awarded 3rd place and received "Derby Best in Show III." judging under Ms. Paula Heikkinen-Lehkonen (SF) !
Dicső means "Glorious" in hungarian. Really true to it's name :) We love him to death.
We believe this weekend was a very nice conclusion to this year's highly successful exhibition season.

October 11, 2009.: WORLD DOG SHOW, BRATISLAVA: Unexpected and great success !!! Dicső was entered in Intermediate Class. He got placed 1st and won his class with excellent, CAC title. Than received CACIB, WORLD WINNER and theBEST OF BREED in a huge field !! He was judged by a very well respected breed specialist judge Mr. Hans Müller (CH).
It was unbelievable and a huge gladness but the evening reserved more unexpected surprises for us ! Dicső was awarded the 2nd place and received the Res. BEST OF GROUP title in the VII. group among 21 adult gundogs !! The group was judged by Claudio de Guiliani (I).
Since Dicső is still a young boy who's just passed 18 months we have to tell that our proud and joy is indescribable ! :D

September 09, 2009: International, Kecskemét: Cinka got placed 1st in Open Class with excellent and received the CAC, CACIB and was also Best of Breed under Mr. Attila Czeglédi. After this in the Best in Show program she won "The Best of Hungarian Breed" under Mr. József Hódosi and the "Best of Group" under Ms. Marianne Gyárfás.
Dicső got placed 1st in Intermediate Class with excellent and received the CAC,CACIB.
August, 29-30.: We had a very nice, so successful and unforgettable weekend again !
The Slovakian Hungaria Vizsla Club organised the "Mészáros Memorial" International Water-Field competition in Sellye and Zsigárd, where 23 short and whire haired hungarian vizslas entered. Piszke received I/A. classification (338/352 points) in aggregate with CACIT, CACT titles and the "Special Prize for Best Field Work".
It's Piszke's 3rd CACIT title in order.
Dicső was entered to the 2x1 International in Debrecen. On the first day he got placed in Intermediate Class with excellent and received the CAC, CACIB and was also Best of Breed under Ms. Dorota Witkovska, (PL). After this he won the Best of Group under Dr. Tamás Jakkel. Than he was awarded the 3rd place and received the "Best in Show III." in the BIS program under Mr. Stelios Makarios (GR).
We're very proud of these successes of Dicső !! ...Since he's only a 17 months old youngster and such a lovely, naughty-naughty boy... :)

August 8, 2009. Decs. Our young girl, Dolgos passed the BasicHunting Test scoring the maximum of 116 points.
July, 23-26. 2009. Croatia, Split: 2 x National and 2x International Shows: Our young boy, Dicső was entered into Junior Class at this 4-day dog show. Although he only is 16 months old, he achieved wonderful results in big and international competition. We're so proud of him !
Here are his achievements over the 4 days:
1st day (National) :Best Junior (PRM), Junior Best of Breed, Best of Breed under Ms Nina Karlsdotter, SE. He was awarded 2nd place in the Best Hunting Dog in Show competition in the BIS program under Mr. Petru Muntean, RO.
2nd day (International): Best Junior (PRM), Junior Best of Breed, Best of Breed under Mr Niksa Lemo, HR. He won the Best Hunting Dog in Show competition under Mr. Andrzej Kazmierski, PL. Also he was awarded the 2nd place and received the "Reserve Best of Group" title in the BIS program under Mr. Niksa Lemo, HR.
3rd day (National): Best Junior (PRM), Junior Best of Breed, Best of Breed under Mr Jorge Nallem, UY. Dicső gained the last of his PRMs and is now a "Croatian
Junior Champion" (CHM HR) ! He was also placed 3rd in Group VII. (BOG-3) in the BIS program under Mr Zlatko Kraljic, HR.
4th day (International): Best Junior (PRM), Junior Best of Breed, Best of Breed under Mr Hans V. D. Berg, NL. He was also placed 3rd in the Best Hunting Dog in Show competition in the BIS program also under Mr. Hans V. D. Berg, NL.
Thanks a lot to János Turzó who was handling and looking after him and at the same time also provided Dicső a lovely holiday at the seaside (on the beach) :)

On the second day Cinka got placed 1st in Open Class with excellent and received the CAC, CACIB and was also Best of Breed under Mr. Attila Czeglédi. After this she was awarded the 2nd place and received the "Reserve Best of Group" in the BIS program also under Mr. Attila Czeglédi. Cinka's critique:

better. Excellent neck and shoulders, well-proportioned body. Very good structured rear part. Optimal quality and quantity of muscle. Nice colour.

June 14, 2009: Pápa, Hunting Dog National: Dolgos was placed "Excellent" 2nd in Junior Class.

May 03, 2009. : Piszkei Erdész (HCh Visnyei-Vadász Pengő x Piszkei Ánizs) achieved a1st prize at the Blood Test (400 meters, 3 hours blood tracking) in Denmark, at the age of 9 months, as the youngest dog entered to this test. Well done and thank you, Peder !

February 25, 2009. We spent our last shooting day invited by a very nice friend of us in Pátka. We took the young 'Dicső' for shooting. This was our last pheasant shooting of the hunting season. We enjoyed ourself very much in the snowy bright shining.

October 3, 2008: European Dog Show, Budapest: There were 121 entered Hungarian Vizsla on Friday, which is a very nice record in Hungary. The bitches were judged under Mr. Attila Czeglédi (70 entries) and the males were judged under Mrs. Zsuzsanna dr. Balogh (51 entries). August 2, 2008: We've been in Slovakia, Alistal on Saturday with 'Sári'. The "Wirehaired Vizsla's Club" organized an International Field-Water event. We partook at an "Autumn Test" in the morning. This must to be achieved for the breeding in Slovakia. Except one 3 mark (it's a so-coald offered mark for "steady on hare". Because Sári hasn't met living hare during her field working.) she had all of her marks 4 (the maximum).During the afternoon she achieved the "Special Water Test" without fault and got the maximum score, with full of 4 marks. For this fantastic results of herall-day-achievement she got CACT title !!
July 05, 2008.WORLD DOG SHOW. We got such a fantastic records in the World Dog Show in Stockholm ! April, 2008: Piszkei Cserkész aka 'Lander' gained his "Junior Hunter" title in the USA ! For this he had to pass 4 exams succesfully what he achieved with nearly maximum score ! It's such a creditable performance of his only 14 months age ! Well done Brandon and Trisha !! And thank you so much for all of your loving and care for Lander.
March, 2008 one day when we went to ride bycicle with the dogs among the forest Piszke had a female wild boar attack. She probably had small pups and protected them. Piszke had luck. Because her injuries seemed to be so serious to see at first, but they weren't diffusing into her thorax and abdomen...she had her injuries of her ribs and belly "only"... She had to have an operation. A couple of days later, same place, same wild boar attacked Piszke's daughter, Csutka, too. Csutka injury was more miserable than her mum. She had 5-6 cm deep dig into her inner side of her haunch and got a very serious muscle split. Our vet just realized under the operations that her artery was only 3-4 mm from the injury... But fortunatelly and thanks the quick surgical intervention and our vet Prof. Dr. Csaba Juhász and also our careful nursing both of them begun to heal so quickly and fully recovered again !

October 17, 2007: We had a desperate phone call early in the morning and they ask me to help to save the life of Jenny, the english cocker spaniel. She had Babesiosis (tick disease) and her vet said only the transfusion could help her.. We took Piszke to the vet who said Piszke was very healthy and suitable for giving blood. She was very obedient and patient while the vet took her blood. Piszke got a bag of super premium dog food as " beer+sausage+chocolate" from the vet :) We had the good news on the other day ! Jenny started drinking, eating, so she was getting better...! And we were very-very pleased with it ! There is a new nick name of Piszke since than at home: "Piszke, the Life Rescue" :)
October 13-14, 2007: We spent a fantastic weekend on Hortobágy ! The Hungarian Vizsla Club organized the XI. CACIT Hortobágy Cup Dr. Radó András Memorial Field-Water Trial in Hortobágy, where 17 vizslas entered. Piszke finished in 7th place with I./G classification on Saturday. Gallery
On the other day the traditional St.Hubertus trial was organized by the HVC. Of the 12 wirehaired and shorthairad hungarian and german vizslas Piszke finished in 2nd place, Pengő in 4th place and Sári in 7th place.Gallery

August 18, 2007: Piszkei Bianka "Agáta" (Sári's daughter) "Passed with excellent" the Hunting Basic Test in Decs. It's such a great gladness and pride for her owners and for us, becuase of she lives in a block of flat in Prague :) The judges extremely prized her apport ability and nose, and that enthusiasm how she performed the tasks ! Congratulations !!

October 29-30, 2005: At the CACIB Dog Show in
Tata Visnyei Vadász Sári won CAC, CACIBtitle
on Saturday, and CAC, CACIB, BOB, Res. BOG title on Sunday in 45 vizslas.
So, this way she accomplished the Hungarian Champion and Hungarian Show
Champion titles!

Dog Show in Budapest, Visnyei-Vadász Sári received
Excellent I. CAC qualification, Hungária Derby Winner, Derby Breed Group Winner titles in the intermediate class.
October 23-24, 2004: the Hungarian Kennel Club organised the CACIT International Vizsla Chief Competition in Lébény, where 17 vizslas entered the contest. At this extremely tough all-round competition, eventually only 7 dogs received classification, among them Visnyei-Vadász Piszke who received the I/B. classification in aggregate, with
Res. CACIT, Res. CACT titles, and the special prize for field work.
September 11-18, 2004: Visnyei-Vadász Pengő received 'very good' classification with 14 points at the Field Trial European Cup, organised in the framework of the Hungarian Vizsla Week in Hortobágy, and - in the combined results, was given the title European Cup Team Champion, as member of the Hungarian team.
August 28-29, .2004: the traditional water and field contest of the Hungarian Vizsla Club of Slovakia in Gabcikovo, the Mészáros Memoriál was organised for the 8th year. Of the 15 short- and wirehaired Hungarian vizslas Visnyei-Vadász Piszke finished in 7th place with I/G classification, and also won the special prize for the best fox retrieval.
August 14-15, 2004: the Club of Hungarian Vizsla and Wire-Haired Vizsla Breeders organised for the second time the Jiri Michálka Cup in Celákovice, near Prague in the Czech Republic. At the in-water and on-land contest, there were 9 short-haired Hungarian vizslas, 2 wire-haired Hungarian vizslas, 7 wire-haired German vizslas and a cesky fousek entered, and the eventual CACIT, CACT, Club winner: Visnyei-Vadász Piszke.
